  1. They are 16 in. tall +1.5 inch mounting tabs on bottom. 6in. wide + mounting tabs on the sides
  2. I have base gaskets made in a .028 thick material. Run those with a set of 22cc domes and you can run on straight pump gas (91). Another contributing factor to what fuel you should be running is timing advance. More timing advance = more chance of detonation.
  3. Stick a 7mm crank in your stock cylinders with a set of 795 series 65mm pistons With porting and carbs I'll get you mid to high 80's HP with a broader power curve than a stock stroke big bore. Then down the road when you want more power you can stick a cheetah cub cylinder on top of that and be around 100 HP
  4. Empire industries is offering 20% off Porting to all forum members through the end of march Stock cylinder Recreational port $360 Drag port $480 Cub drag port $280
  5. Ya I got JR. one. I got another 15 made John at Sandtoys is taking 10 of them My Cel # is 503 317 5102. or email me @ Empireindustries01@gmail.com n I will get you hooked up! Thanks, Eric
  6. check the pilot jet . This is your idle circuit. The main jet doesn't come in to play until after 1/4 throttle. Also check the slides to make sure they are in correctly. The cut aways should be pointing toward the air filter side.
  7. Drag Radiator Available through Empire Industries . $369
  8. Sorry I missed this post. I am in Riverside close to the 91 and Van Buren. I do service, repair, porting ,performance, parts and custom builds. Let me know how I can help. Email is the best way to get through to me. My Email is empireindustries01@gmail.com Thanks, Eric
  9. There is a big bore flange 1.900 I.D. for these pipes However they are the same pipe and stamps, just bigger flanges. They will work good on everything up to 550 CC Personally anything bigger than that I would opt for a set of shearer big bores or some hand coned pipes set up for your motor.
  10. Ya I only have what's left over from the last run. If there was enough demand I could look into getting more made.
  11. I picked up all of the left over original stamps from Racers Edge which is now known as Dasa Racing.Stamps( two pieces ,top and bottom stamped out of .040 guage sheet metal on a 1 plane surface IE : flat from cylinder to stinger ) They then get welded together, then cut and twisted to mount on a Banshee. Flanges and stingers welded on as well as mounts and spring tabs.
  12. I have the stamps to these pipes. I can make them both out right side or out each side .I ran them on my 10MM DM a couple weekends ago and they rip! I have big flange (1.900) and stock flange available.
  13. They look similar to the billet alky carbs I built when I owned White Knuckle Racing. It's tough to make an economical billet carb.I was selling mine for $995 for the set. We had them from 44mm to 50mm.Made them mainly with the DM and Cougar cylinders in mind. They worked great. Had dual inlets and individual needle and seats.
  14. I agree ! Just my opinion but the DM cylinders are hard to beat! You can get great power out of them for the size (cc's)
  15. Here is a Dyno chart from a 16mm DM that I built. 164.1 HP / 93.2 Torque I was doing some carb testing on these runs. I will try and find some more dyno charts and keep you all posted on my new builds.
  16. Empire Industries is owned and operated by Eric Friend. I founded White Knuckle Racing in Oregon in 95. While owning White Knuckle Racing we set several track records and built some of the fastest banshees in the country. I built the worlds first triple Caracal which is still currently running in Kuwait. My customers in United Arab Emirates are consistently placing in the top 3 with the triple DM hill shooters that I built for them. My passion for building banshees started in 91 and I have been professionally building and tuning since 95. When CP industries came out with the DM cylinder I made a goal to get as much HP out of those cylinders as I could. My personal 10mm cylinder layed down 156 HP and I pulled 165 HP out of my 16mm DM. After taking a couple years off I have started Empire Industries in Riverside California. Empire Industries is committed to performance. Whether it is a 2 stroke or 4 stroke a UTV or an ATV we can handle it. I look forward to getting the most out of your machine. Feel free to PM or email me @ Empireindustries01@gmail.com
