  1. Problem Solved. I put new spark plug caps/boots on today and it runs like a champ. Fouled a plug tho since I jetted up so much but it was my last time riding until spring anyways.

  3. This is after a wot run with the 165's in. Ran a little better but still kinda shitty up top. Sent from my PB99400 using Tapatalk 2
  4. My next problem is going to be finding a place to test it out. We got so much snow on the lake by my house I probably won't be able to get going Sent from my PB99400 using Tapatalk 2
  5. I think its an oem Stator. Sent from my PB99400 using Tapatalk 2
  6. Ok, I'll try the jets when I get home from work tonight. Do you think A 165 might work? Only asking because I have 165's sitting there but would have to drive 45min to get some 162's

    WTB 4MM Cank

I have a used wiseco 4mm crank. Just got back from being welded @ Redline. $325 shipped Sent from my PB99400 using Tapatalk 2
  8. Spark looks good when I check, but low rpms are fine. It's only when I hit high rpms that I have problems Sent from my PB99400 using Tapatalk 2
  9. It's a 370LR, dune port, +4 timing, VF2, PD coolhead (not sure on dome size) Shearer SB IF, 35 PWK's, Just got the motor back from Redline and put it in. Cam sent me a 150 and 155 for mains. I'm assuming it's electrical and not jetting because when I pulled one plug out it was wet, I figured that meant my issue was with the ignition.
  10. Ya, I jsut figured since I was replacing everything else I might as well do the whole electrical system too.
  11. Pwk 35's 50/155 4th clip 20-30 degrees 900ft. If it was ground I wouldn't run at all right? Sent from my PB99400 using Tapatalk 2
  12. Ya, fresh plugs and new flywheel. Trying to get in touch with Gary to get a new stator too. It's a new motor, pipes and carbs. Runs good down low but had trouble getting into the pipes and misses bad once it does Sent from my PB99400 using Tapatalk 2
  13. I have a bad intermittent miss in the high rpms, I'm going to try replacing my coil to start with. Are there any good aftermarket coils or should I just get oem? Sent from my PB99400 using Tapatalk 2
  14. I'm a "Relief Operator" which means that if someone takes vacation or calls in sick I'm the poor fucker that gets stuck covering for them. The only way I can secure a weekend off is to take an entire week's vacation. But I'm going to try to make it happen if I can
  15. I'm in if weather is good and I don't end up having to work that weekend.
  16. No worries, i figured it out eventually. too much snow on the ice to have much fun anyways
  17. Well I wasn't going to mention any names... They look and fit great now that I got the cans on the right stingers I ended up spacing the front mounts out about 3/4" and had to take my POS grab bar off because it was too thick.
  18. thanks, just got back in from the garage. I was just super tired last night when I was trying. The guy who sold me the pipes had the silencers on the stingers wrong. Everything is mocked up fine now, just need to get some longer bolts and spacers. Going to go rock climbing then come home and shred some ice today!!!
  19. I just got my new motor in and this is going to be my last weekend that I'm able to ride on the ice. I bought some used SB IF Shearers and I'm having a tough time getting them to fit. Can you guys post some pics of what you did for front and rear mounts and clearing the carbs/filters? I've got BOSS 1 piece intake and it pushes my carbs up and back about an inch which i think is a big part of my problem. I'll order a new intake next week but I need to make this work for today.
  20. A guy has them for sale locally, says they're 72mm bore
  21. Weld the other plug in and try running a tank of gas thru with no oil mixed in. Also might help to advance your timing by about 15 degrees
  22. 3x on Redline. I'll be getting my motor back from him on Monday.
  23. Just bought a set of PWK 35's from him. He was quick to respond to all of my messages. Once I sent the payment he had parts in the mail the next day and gave me tracking info. The package showed up a few days later, very well packaged and all parts looked great. Buy with confidence! Great seller.
  24. http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/rvs/3618052752.html came across this during my morning search. Looks like a hell of a deal if all is kosher.
