The heims are defiantly way beefier then most set ups ive seen!! I was told they were kevlar injected for better reliability! Not only is the entire setup well build, the boys at american star were very nice and helpful!! I will be running stock travel elkas with these arm so im sure it will be a great stable ride!

Sweet.. It seems like you got the addiction!! For starters you have to come to realize that this is gonna get kinda pricey! Come up with a budget and then figure on spending half again as much!! Dont be intimidated buy the motor aspect! There are plenty of knowledgable people on here that will help you through everything!! Just be honest with yourself and build the quad around your riding needs!! Do everything exactly the way you want or it will come back and haunt you in the long run.. I build 3 different motors this summer just because i didn't do it right from the start!! Im also in the process of a complete build.. Everything new.. Good luck with your build!!

i can assure you that if you gut the cpi silencer it will sound like compete dog shit!! it probably will also hurt the performace of the pipe as well

I just received my new fireball swing arm! I went with their heavy duty setup.. There will be zero bending this set up!! The frame will rip in half before the swing arm get tweaked!!

I have to agree!! If your banshee NEEDS constant adjustment something is wrong! Once ya get it dialed in it should be good to go as long as the temps stay roughly the same..

Im a fan of stock carbs on basic modded shees!! Not sure why your having a hard time keeping it in good tune?? Maybe there is another problem

Your bike might be more then 60hp! But then it might not be! Ya never know until your on the dyno! There alot of people out there, and on this site that think they have "100hp" banshee! Truth of the matter is.. It takes more then people think to get the #'s their looking for! 99% of the time, after a day at the dyno, your walking away scratching your head and pissed at the world!!

I ran t5s on a 4mil dune/play port with pwk35s!! The t5s worked great on that set up!!

My cpis on my cub work amazing!! My buddy has a cub as well with shearers!! Over all the cpis are a much broader power over the shearer!! The shearer do rev a bit more up top but... I prefer a wider power curve any day!!

Alba makes nice bumpers.. Cheap too! Think i paid 50..
