  1. I wouldn't think twice about running pump fuel that sat for a couple months! Done it before plenty of times and never had a problem!
  2. I just got my frame and all other pieces besides swing arm and aarm powder coated. 325! That was to blast everything also!
  3. I say if its completion climbing, drag port is what ya want! Those hills arent that steep and they are all smooth from what i see! Its all about time so youd want that "drag port" for the most hp as possible! This is jmo! Im sure certain people will chime in and have different thoughts!

  7. I was looking into those rads.. I here they are decent but from time to time the mounting brackets arent in the proper place!! I just went with the mrc aluminum radiator.. I heard the craftsmanship is a little better mechanically sound!!

  9. If you dont want a lock up.. Call east coast atv.. They have a clutch set up that my buddy runs in his 10mil serval! Its probably not a bad idea for a lock up tho!! And fyi.. That 10mil is gonna spin like a bitch on the road with nobbies!!
  10. Shipping will probably be around 100-200! Depends on how far your shipping and what kind of insurance you put on it! It cost me 190 to ship a complete motor plus carbs from pa to oregon. That was with a 3k replacement insurance plan!
  11. my advise is go out on the road by yourself and practice, try different things two or three different times! if your bike can launch in third thats probably your best bet! if you think your spinning to much, try 2nd and slip the clutch a bit then try to short shirt 3rd. the 10mil servals have a shit ton of tq so it will be very forgiving if you short shift gears to try to avoid wheel spin! jmo!
  12. Im not sticking up for trinity by an means, but i have a couple of close buds that run cheetah pv motors! 400pv,485pv,and a 492pv, and soon to be a 535pv! I have ridden all 3 bikes and they are all incredible!! Very smooth power and VERY forgiving! The 3 guys that ride these bikes show no mercy at them and the motors take whatever they throw at them!! Now granted they are older motors, probably purchased in the mid 2000's... But all are very impressive!!
  13. Yes basically.. All i do his hill climb and i need the best of both worlds! The serval has great bottom end but not enough top, the cub has great top end but not enough bottom.. Cam did a super great job with finding a happy medium!! i did not loss an oz. of top end but i gained a shit ton of bottom and mid!
  14. You are too lean on your needle!! If you were rich it would stutter with no load! The load is requiring more fuel, so richen up that needle!
  15. Actually 4-5k i forgot about pipes and other small things that add up if your starting from scratch!! If i may ask.. What kind of power you putting out with you four stroker?? A buddy of mine just did a ltr build, he dumbed around 5k out and it only made 57hp
  16. Im doing a 10mil cub.. It will be dune ported by redline! He estimated somewhere around 105hp or a little better!! If this was drag ported im sure the hp would put you right around where your looking to be on gas! Its not cheap.. For parts id say your looking around 3k!
  17. Are they stock carbs? If so make sure the slides are in the proper direction!! The bigger radius goes toward the bell end of the carb
  18. Make sure your slides are put in correctly!! If theyre in backward you will get a bog down low! The harder radius of the slide goes to the bell end of the carb
