  1. I ran 2,3,4's.. In my old 421 i went from the 2's to the 4's.. Honestly didnt feel a power gain or a power loss. What i did feel was that the 4's seem to be a bit more responsive over the 2's when you stab the throttle! Id say for 200 bucks just get the 4's! Doest make much sense to me to buy used 2's or 3's for (usually) 125-150 when you can buy new 4's for a couple extra bucks!
  2. If you can not spell alcohol correctly, it might be a poor choice to run it then.. I see lava oozing out of your pipes in the near future!!
  3. just received my part! super fast shipping and great communication!! don't hesitate to buy from this guy!!
  4. Not sure if this was mentioned but! I do think you should leave cameron out of this! By you mentioning his name your dragging him into this mess! Not cool!! Cameron is a straight shooter and just gave his OPINION! With that said, carry on
  5. Yeh that sucks bad! Hope ya work something out with the builder and get it fixed up for a reasonable price! On a side note. You built a serval for street racing?? Thats weird.
  6. You can run more or less any pipe you want on a stock banshee. The question is witch pipe will perform best with current setup and your riding style. I personally cant tell you how cpi's will perform on a stock bike. I loved my cpis on my 421 cub tho. You might find out that your current pipe will be the best all around for your motor as of now. Do you plan on building up your motor?
  7. This is my personal and best opinion for you or anyone. Ive had ss motors, 4mil motors, and know have a 10mil BEAST! If your gonna build a motor just do a 10mil whatever! I will never build anything again unless its a 10mil or bigger! Id even build a 10mil for trail riding! The TQ of a 10mil is ungodly over a 4mil!
  8. Are you dead set on a cheetah? Or are you open to a cub? Only reason for me asking is i think youd find alot more builders out there that are way more confident in a cub as far as performance goes! You will find many opinions here. My best advise is call around to reputable builders and tell them what your looking for and go from there
  9. It is truly awesome when you team up with a builder and they provide exactly what them claim! Sounds like your super happy and that right there is what counts! I see you said that youll be going to shearers and 35's. what is your set up as of now? Good luck with the rest of your race season!
  10. Hit up pickelz or east coast atv! They have a HUGE selection of used parts
  11. Why? Cheaper version of a narrowed rear? A buddy of mine ran a blaster axle for a weekend just cause he bent his stock axle and was in a pinch.
  12. Imo, gotta ask yourself how youll be riding the bike! If its a play bike id say cpis! If you find yourself reving the bike more so then not id say shearers! The shearers WILL have more over rev for sure and maybe a little more peek hp over the cpis, but the cpi probably will come on a bit sooner!
  13. Pump it back up to 4 a try it! I bet you did not have something correct?
  14. Hmmm?? Well did ya put the timing key back in? Like said make sure the pick up gap is set correct!
  15. Usually three things cause this more so then others.. Low compression, broken reed, blocked jet
  16. X2!! This is the best way imo!! Mount the header pipes and with the stingers off grab the back of the header pipe and with a steady pressure pull outward until you get the clearance need! Fuck washers! They are a pain in the ass!
  17. I called the state police and they were not willing to give out the info.. So i normally call my local notary lady witch i know rather well and have her do the reach on the quad for me! Not 100% sure where she get her info from, maybe dcnr?
  18. Well someone correct me if im wrong, but im pretty sure you have to have a title to acquire registration? The vin number of the quad is right on the reg. card
