    No. The 06special editions have a completely different cylinder, pipes, frame, axle, aarms, swing arm, ect.. Well at least mine does.

    Ah shit. Just reread it. The slide boot comes with a moose caliper rebuild. The small rubber dust caps wont tho. The rubber dust caps are the same as kawi 400.

    rubber is the same as the kawi 400.

    There is an allen bolt thingy,(Not sure proper name) but anyway it runs through rear caliper and bolts to mounting bracket. That must slide freely back and forth. Imo, your better off taking the whole thing apart and rebuild it. Chances are your gonna rip the rubbers trying to free it up if its really seized.

    agreed.. What people tend to forget is that just because they spend a whole day out on the trails, doesnt mean they are riding. On average a day of "riding" probably means they rode for 2-3hrs. Stoping to b.s., eating lunch ect.. Does not count as riding.

    Stock carbs? Find out what jets are in there as well as needles and current clip position.

    I doubt that your heating issue is from the oem rad or oem impeller.(if they are in working order) i ran several motor setup on stock cooling systems. Never had a problem. What is your jetting? You running and oem head?

    Asr offers some tuff ass heims. Think they are the ones phil is talking about... I ran them for a summer in dirty conditions and the only maintenance i ever did was hose them off at the car wash.. Were as tight as the day i bought them when they got pulled off the quad.

    Cool truck! ever dyno the thing? Ive seen LOTS of motor build where a builder claims a certain number. Buddy of mine had a 383 built and was promised 500+hp.. Turd made 317hp.. With the builders tune.
