Ride there all the time. If your not making decent power, 65 or more, do a +4. It will be way better for trails. Hit jds up on here. He has been making killer swingers for next to no money.
Ah shit. Just reread it. The slide boot comes with a moose caliper rebuild. The small rubber dust caps wont tho. The rubber dust caps are the same as kawi 400.
There is an allen bolt thingy,(Not sure proper name) but anyway it runs through rear caliper and bolts to mounting bracket. That must slide freely back and forth. Imo, your better off taking the whole thing apart and rebuild it. Chances are your gonna rip the rubbers trying to free it up if its really seized.
agreed.. What people tend to forget is that just because they spend a whole day out on the trails, doesnt mean they are riding. On average a day of "riding" probably means they rode for 2-3hrs. Stoping to b.s., eating lunch ect.. Does not count as riding.
I doubt that your heating issue is from the oem rad or oem impeller.(if they are in working order) i ran several motor setup on stock cooling systems. Never had a problem. What is your jetting? You running and oem head?
Asr offers some tuff ass heims. Think they are the ones phil is talking about... I ran them for a summer in dirty conditions and the only maintenance i ever did was hose them off at the car wash.. Were as tight as the day i bought them when they got pulled off the quad.
