If your willing to mod one to fit, your way better off just buying all the material and making one from scratch to fit quad. Youll have roughly 200 into tubing, hiems, and bungs. Wheel(s) you can be creative, or just buy used cart wheel/tire off ebay.

Try cutting a relief cut in a side. Then a small chisel and hammer to bend/pry it away from threads.

Depends on kind of piston. Cast? Forged? The manufacture will tell you what they call for. I wanna say its like .002 to .003. Dont quote me tho.
