your an assembler, not a builder, so get that straight. Theres a huge difference. Not that there is anything wrong with that, its basically all im capable of. Its nice to have the confidence with replacing parts, repair break downs, rebuilding motors, doing services, ect... It saves money and its nice not having to rely on others for the simpler tasks. But dont act like what your doing is hard. 15yr old kids do what your doing.

Damn that fucker is mint! Hard to find them like that anymore. Like mentioned above, id drop fluids, and give the carbs a good cleaning. Id personally would throw a foam filter back on the bike if it were mine, specially if its a trail bike and will see dusty conditions. As far as pipes go, id hold off a while and just ride the thing. Figure out what ya like about it and what ya dislike about it. Too many peeps buy pipes without a plan for the future mods.. Certain pipes are hands down better in certain areas and with supporting mods.

Thats a bummer. I also blip the fly wheel on with 1/2 impact. Never had that happen.

believe it or not, those cheap ass temp gauges are usually pretty well spot on.

I cant really see the timing mark well, but the burn ring looks good. Half way(ish) is what i shoot for if im hot lapping. Id lean it out a touch more if im at the track.

Yup, just lean pj out some to get burn to match. My pj's are about 1-1/2 to 2 full turn different from one another.

We scrap(burn) thousands of bindings ever couple yrs. Sweet bench. At one of the bars at our resort, all the wine glasses and bottle holder are all made out of old skis. Its pretty slick.
