  3. registration green sticker= year round, red sticker= basicly late fall to early spring. Unless its raining then it has to dry out for 24hrs. Total bs but those are the rules for state run parks. National forest and blm dont care.
  4. i have fireball j arm but wanted longtravel. Must have pre 03 frame for year round ca riding. Titled frames are more expensive than a kit wouldve been.
  5. Then you have title issues for states that require that. Kit would be easier.
  6. Nobody makes the j-arm to a-arm conversion parts anymore. Might be an idea.
  7. 2 thoughts,1 that thing is getting ripped off, your gonna spew brakefluid all over your bike on the way to the trailer and then have to drill out those little screws. Would be better to have a barclamp that it could attatch to front and center but lower. 2 what the hell do you need one for. Do you have no sense of direction, or just poor navigation skills? Maybe i'm missing something. Please change my point of view.
  8. http://www.oregon.gov/oprd/atv/pages/permits.aspx You should be able to figure it out from there. You could probably just call them and ask. There rules seem pretty lax. Get that new lonestar and it will have a frame # i would try that and see if it takes it. They just need something to verify the permit is assigned to that bike. Its not like its a title
  9. For out of state people with no registration stickers look into getting an oregon atv permit. They are 10 for 2 years and are valid in ca,nv,or and maybe some others. No title needed and its all done online. Just need a vin or engine# from your bike.

  12. What kind of hp have you been able to put through a spring loaded basket? I have both mattoon and spring loaded hinson with hinson 8plate inner hub and pp. Looking for experienced replies.
  13. The threaded hub was a royal pia to take off. I ruined it every time. It was an early ti unit maybe the worked the bugs out?

  18. No they wont. The ramps cut on the dogs will cause the sliders to eat the forks just like they do when an overide is back loaded.
  19. Flat bed dually = stopping at scales here. Is it the same everywhere? That would be a pia. I know you can play with gvwr to avoid getting a commercial lisc, but what about while towing the future boat? Commercial tickets and class c are way different dui, cell phone etc.

  21. Had the same upgrade when i bought my j arms from fireball. Seems much better size wise. Any one here run jd performance mgc long travel arms. Seem pretty neat for all around riding. Price is close to fireball.
