Sand the float arm or bowls til they are free. you can view float level through pj lines. how many holes on that 3.5 around the outside

Looking for dipstick, waterpump impeller,choke for stock carbs, stock clutch cover insert, wiring harness newer style for square plug. let me know what you got. not looking to spend alot. it going on a beater bike.

Before you call dennis fix you slide issue. check that you have a 3.3 needle and seat. make sure your floats dont hang up on the billet bowls. might need to grind float arm down. also make sure the float level is good both carbs.and float pins are on the far end of the arm. That needle length of 48.5 is a real good start point. Good luck

Long rod or short rod referd to rod length. On most stroker cranks you use longer thsn stock rods for the piston skirt to clear the crankwheels at bdc. anything over a 4 mill requires trenching the cases for clearance. over 10 requires epoxy so you dont trench all the way through.

Dont understsnd the part of dropping into first. Mayge a burr on the shaft near second slider
