  1. First ive every heard about alignin wristpin circlips. anyone have truth on this. ive built many a motor and never payed any attention to the ends of the circlip being up or down.
  2. That was jades. has been sold and was running .20's in p.r. from what i was told. when i said belt drive i meant primary drive. the engine above was the finest representation of a crankenstien. i piece billet cases with snomo deck height and cylinder pattern perfectly mated to banshee lower end. i assume it is a full billet trans. and yes very deep pockets and patience are needed
  3. Why belt drive when you can do it like this. . this is the one i was refering to earlier. 1175cc if i remember correctly.
  4. They cant handle shock or impact. the rollers will shatter
  5. I believe the motor cam was refering to was jade from slipshot. it was on custom mattoon cases with skidoo cylinders with carbs in the front. it sold and went to puerto rico and is running fast times. if i remember jade had parts to build 1 more like that. not sure if they went with the bike or if they are on the shelf. it is def a custom motor and needs an unlimited budget.
  6. The ability to change primary ratio plus less side load on the crank.
  7. Yeah they will. it would just be helpfull to know in case a good crank comes up for sale and or cases. you getting cylinders or head and domes also?
  8. Be aware that you can get billet cases with non std deck heights. getting as much build info as possible when buying used ported cylinders is nice. its not always the case but there are some very non std builds out there in the larger engines.
  9. Be sure to find out what rod, piston, and gasket combo they were running if you can. piecing one together gets confusing. it is not like building a 4mill
  10. Just observing but, Windy have you seen numbers from a 10 supercub that support your calculated increases? i have been under the impression that the smaller bore actually helps the cub vs cheetah. if someone has 10 supercud sheets post them please it will compare better to a 535
  11. Go buy yourself a port mapper program. it will save you time and money.
  12. He stated coolant in the oil. sure thats really the transmission.
  13. New oem pump impeller in my opinion will work fine. you need to tear it down to see whats leaking. how was the compression and leak down test? stop listening to your friends. They know nothing
  14. Coolant is probably waterpump seal or tube oring. most likely wp seal though. if compression and leak down check out pull clutch cover and check it out. the ignition issue could be any thing. if it was me i would get new coil wire ends and a new harness.
  15. Keep in mind on a plated cylinder if you replate it they will disolve during stripping and you will need to reinstall them. but yeah they are awesome.
  16. i think most are aftermarket casting that are offered not modified stock. there is also a dry clutch conversion if you look into the streetbike market. i dont fully understand why you would want that though
  17. Report back after you use it. Wonder if the lense will leak or any other issues pop up.

    guns

Out here our cops shouldnt even have guns. bart cop shot another bart cop serving a warrant in an empty house. yeah im gonna let them be the only gun owners. fuck that! and what about when the zombies come?
  19. I meant crank trigger setup. btw where are my pics on the oof silencers?
  20. Hows that gonna work with no battery. gotta have a stator if you want that
  21. Good luck with that question. I know twister and pps can provide modified oem stuff that works and is proven. not cheap though. I was quoted 1800 for a complete ignition. Lots of research and i think ive pieced together everything i will need for 1/4 the price.
