The static compression is way to high. Even for race gas. Better cut some domes so you can actually run boost

packard uses a mnv-1kp so you can run a 5/32od dump tube. It comes 1/8 npt but it wont fit a lectron so they get turned down. Forget the size right now. If you could use the 1/8 pipe it would be easier. Just a thought.

It might be possible. ive had a 4mill cheetah that we turned into a 10mill. it used non normal parts and had lots of machine work done. look on cp webstie and compare dimensions from a 4-10 cylinder. pay attention to overall cyl height first.

Lectrons have sizes cast into the body on both halves. they usually dont measure out exactly the same.

realisticly 7mm. Technically you could probably do 14 but would need spacer welded to tops of cylinders and new sleeves for the setup. not cost effective and wouldnt perform as well as a aftermarket cylinder. this would not be an off the shelf type thing. doubt many builders would even do it nowadays. but you asked.you can do a 14mm wampus if your trying to look stock but anyone with half a clue would know whats up
