  1. Is it just a turbo or full setup? If its just a turbo your price is way off. What are you looking for in trade?
  2. Just remember to remove stator cover and blow dry when done washing. You'll never seal it completely.

  6. were they always bolts? Or was it designed with studs and you switched to bolts? As your aware bolt pattern/spacing and thread depth, along with head rigidity would all factor into your ability to maintain a good seal.
  7. Studs clamping load would be at the cyl deck. Bolt clamping load would be under bolt head. Studs are a much better design. Find some better washers check mcmaster carr

  9. I would suggest measuring out port durations,squish and pick what fuel you want to run. Then contact a competent builder to get you setup with domes to complete your package.at 1 time i was like you and ran a similar setup. My eyes have been opened years ago. Just trying to open yours. Dont do what your boy does. Youll just be 2 guys getting beat by fourstrokes instead of only him.
  10. You have much bigger problems to worry about than those pipes. Your domes sure seem small for sea level. Also those tires in your build thread look pretty big for such a small motor. It will be fine till you get everything else dialed in

  15. Maybe that spacer limits engaugement depth of the dogs. It might help it shift 2-3. Bench test it for sure. Any springs on the input shaft between the gears?

  18. Timesert is a better repair. If your questioning this pay any machine shop to fix it. Small engine or automotive wont matter.
