What was your power jet at while you were doing this? Pics of plugs are useless if you purged on them. Also pics of carbs since those are packard needles might have packard setup lectrons. I would not pay any attention to lectron info if packard set them up. Do you have a pump on this engine? whats the number on the float needle valve?

With hub driven you could slip the clutch so much it will never get locked up. with the basket style you can garuntee the rpms that the lockup will see. -
if you pick up locally 375 is fine otherwise its 425 no exceptions. Couple more weeks before i can even dig them out of storage.

Multiple color bikes look like shit.its not a rainbow. no more than 2 colors plus chrome. Frame and accent part 1 color. Fenders the other color. If your not into pearl do the frame blue. Suspension should be chrome. Just my .02

check the cp web site for recomended piston. I thought the blaster piston was used on long rod builds back in the day but wiseco made a banshee spec longrod piston years ago. Is this really different. Also anyone else notice the seller?

Chrome suspension. If you dont redip the swinger just paint the section you welded. Frame choices would be silvers or greys with flake in it. Orange pearl white maybe. Maybe some blues might work.

pics or almost similar identical arm you refer to. Willing to bet it is not what you think. Pull that arm off and weigh it. I need to check scrap prices so i can bid accordingly.

Im gonna guess the same hack that stretched the frame built the arm. Scrap it and be over it. different does not = good or valuable.

Anyone ever try a speedy sleeve on the exh snout to tighten up a loose fit? I know some seal surfaces get chewed up by loose pipes and are tough to get sealed again.
