I posted here hoping jd would sell me on the lincoln since he works for them. I didnt mean to mess up his ad, was just hoping he could explain why the extra features on the imports are not really needed.
how many other machines does the lincoln sw200 share parts with? Im guessing most are model specific.
Why is the dutycycle so low compared to and everlast 200dv?
Looking at getting one of these. Anyone use one yet? Seems like a great garage machine.
Found it online for 1250 shipped with a cover after rebate. Seems decent
Dude with the outlaw for sale has everything. It was a runner 2 weeks ago, thats why i said to contact him directly. He has it posted on fb.
No offense but if you havent been around banshees for awhile i doubt a scratch build will be done correctly. Way to many little details to learn by trial and error for someone to get it perfect first try but good luck.
I will say it again. Get it complete. They used weird one off shit for those. You will have a hard time getting the missing pieces since you wont know what was used.
Your full of it if a lsr mx roller is 2k.
Just porting your stock cylinders will be a good increase and cheap. If everything else is new you can reuse it. $350 or so and your done. If you stroke it the ports need to be corrected for the crank.
A lsr mx is a waste of money. Listen to what people are saying. If doing an ultimate bike type build, use a lsr outlaw frame, or laegers frame. You have an opportunity to buy an outlaw with title right now. Just contact the guy and buy it as a roller with the propegs. Anything else will be a normal bike.
Rather than guess and hope, why not tear it down and completely go through it. You had a minor air leak on the clutch side a year ago. Best case your out under $100 for gaskets, seals, and lock tabs plus you know exactly what you have.
Wouldnt the glued section not compress and cause it to split open?
I get ones for a 250r off ebay as they are closest to oe dimensions. Full rebuild should be expexted.
