  1. Sorry for not stating that. Yes i have contacted works. They are available. 30 each for the tender springs. I need 3 of the 4. Ive found 2" id tender springs for 20 each. Just looking to save a little money.thought someone might have resources for shock parts.
  2. Who sells replacement springs for works front shocks besides works. Looking for the short springs on a set of triple rates. They are 1.75 id. Cant find anyone listing that size.
  3. Here is the way i see it. 1 you will spend way more then you think 2 you most likely will not finish 3 it will have issues due to lack of experience guiding the build, that's if it gets finished. Just some facts i've picked up along the way. Buy some good parts though,i love a part out sale ad.
  4. They have a website? Or pics any where
  5. There wont be. As i asked before, pics of every part of this ignition please. Its most likely just an msd system but i want to see everything before misleading you
  6. Pics of everything else ignition related. Its probably gonna be just like a pvl for timing adjustment. Whats your issue with it?
  7. Tricked got it. I was referring to a 7mm stroker stock cylinder. But i guess any positive deck motor would suffice. which part of the piston to you use, the center or the edge when measuring to cut the plate?
  8. what if your measuring an engine that the piston comes above deck like a 7mm?
  9. By the time you cover material, shop expenses, and shipping you will be working for peanuts. Only way to be profitable would be in large production run with automated machines. Sounds like your well aware of this though. Let these guys shop around your drawing at local machine shops first.
  10. Just fyi les swab charged me 15 per tire to dismount and mount last week. I was in a hurry but fuck that.
  11. Quick research shows you most likely have a rz350 case. Looking at the drum and forks they appear to be rz also. I guess the forks have rollers instead of pins that follow the drum. Best bet is to count teeth on the gears and confirm exact trans ratios. Asphalt guys might be interested in these.
  12. You should research them a little more before selling. I believe them to be from a streetbike of some vintage due to the tach drive. I also believe the trans ratios are different. I highly recomend you figure out what your selling before it sells to avoid problems from false advertising. plus it will be a good learning experience
  13. Is that a banshee trans or streetbike trans that matches the cases? Dont remember the inner casting in the trans area on banshee cases. Does a banshee ratio even fit in there?
  14. Looks like cascade has a listing but its not gonna be cheap
  15. please point out what part of this helps the op.
  16. 35% of enrollment is under 35 years old. Just stating facts. Not saying im for or against it as it has had 0 effect on me as yet.
  17. I dont hate sxs. Just 95% of the owners/drivers. You guys that aleady own one should encourage this. Think how much more a "fun" model would be worth.
  18. What??? I thought the pencil and tape measure was the way to measure 4mil cranks.
  19. What about a reed issue maybe? Just tossing it out there. Not even sure if its possible
  20. Nice. To many retards own sxs now anyway. They take zero skill to drive and give a false sense of security to the driver. Same as when long travel buggies took off. i hate government action against powersports but i wouldnt mind one bit if these disappeared
  21. Race tech sells a titanium one. 3lbs lighter than stock
