  1. The one thats not blown up of coarse. Op has 2 choices. Sell and buy a new fourstroke he can take to the dealership,or learn to work on his own stuff as the local shop is not very good.
  2. How wide was the total flattend area in mm? That will give you an idea on width wiithout removing the head again. Next time i would rec a build sheet on assembly documenting everything from port timing and dome design to tune up settings.
  3. Def sounds like band was cut for a different piston crown angle or just a shit job. How wide was the solder you ended up using? How wide is the squish band?
  4. Pretty sure it was coryv4. He was last active yesterday? Im probably wrong though
  5. Just fyi you need to recharge the nitrogen now. They dont have alot of volume. Checking it like you did changed it alot. Not your issue but charge before riding.
  6. Throw that ruler away and het a real set of calipers. Pistons are 64.50
  7. From what ive learned they had 3 styles from trinity. 1 piece, 1 piece with removable domes, and new style that runs dm domes. I have not seen any billet heads besides rktek out there. I have a head that takes old style domes if interested. Comes with domes think it was for a 4mil but cant be positive. Pm if interested.
  8. This aint ebay. Post a price or this shit gets deleted. ☺
  9. Look on the yamaha parts fiche at rocky mtn atv to see the missing bumpers on the front of the seat pan.
  10. The rubbers are not the gap issue but they create side to side looseness. Somehow this seat is to far back when latched. Seems impossible if the rear pins are going into the locating holes in the fender/subframe.
  11. Missing 2 front rubbers for sure. Might be hitting left pipe but it seems like the rear latch is not working correctly.
  12. Should be 4 pads total on the seat. 2 shorter ones go towards the front. That should help the side to side play. Idk about that gap though. Pics of front seat latch and underside of seat removed might help
  13. Better get some better angles. Frame looks bent, but im sure its not. Just trying to help a sale
  14. Http://pages.ebay.com/motors/link/?nav=item.view&id=171751678178&alt=web Pretty sure the details are not completely true. Maybe the origonal builder could fill us in.
  15. Send me a pm if you want to sell it
  16. Wonder what that motor turned into. Care to post specs camatv?
  17. Pics of aftermath from bearing grease attempt please.
  18. Pismo is like racing the flats at smn from years ago when the hill got real rough. Its short, soft and they look to start on the uphill. Big tires and low gears seem to be the norm. Thats why they all run big arms. I think the setups are very different between the 2 locations. if your 15 41 on 11 paddle you could probably pull 14 41 14 paddle at pismo.
  19. http://www.devcon.com/products/products.cfm?familyID=107 They also have a pourable liquid for use before stroke relieving. Aluminum liquid f2 if i remember correctly. Shit holds up fine to alky.
  20. Maybe jon from ygr could tell us how he fixed that crank. It does matter as he deals here also. Hope it wasnt just pushed in, but willing to bet it was
