I've been away for a bit, would have picked this up for sure.

Those look like craigslist bikes around here lately, there aren't many decent banshees to be found in my area. The ones I've been finding are priced a bit high, beat up or both.

I just got this thing night before last and it's my first smartphone. I'm not very tech savvy and haven't got a clue about apps and music and such for this thing. Just wondering if anyone else is using this phone and have any opinions about it whether good or bad, maybe some cool app suggestions and whatnot. I have a few weeks to take it back if I don't like it, I just figured I'd be different than most folks around here and buy something other than an iphone.

Wow, you certainly hate to hear about something like this. It takes horror stories like this one though to remind most of us how easily and quickly things can go very wrong. I'm going to show this to a couple of friends who do not use tethers.

Does the HDC3 have a copper or aluminum coil? This is a pretty serious sub, gobs of output and pretty durable to boot. Those AP amps put out rated power at a very affordable price too. Someone looking to get loud as piss at a low cost should jump on this. Good luck with the sale sir!
