Well your supposed to do the heat cycles before riding it lol heat cycles should be three 10 minute idle sessions letting it cool completely between each one, then a few rides of 15 minutes below half throttle letting it cool in between also, then rip it.... your jetting would be dependent on your elevation, gas/oil mix and mods. this should help you get the basics ... http://www.dfn.com/agservices/jetfaq.html

yep, their separate on a 2 smoke, the crank area is lubricated by the oil in the gas. youll see when you guys tear it apart.

yea man, there is a hanger for the expansion chambers, If you have the stock hangers (or aftermarket) they will be a little up and forward, My pipes were on the radiator hose pretty tight too so i took the stock heat shield (looks like a spring) off the top of the hose and moved it on the bottom right above the water pump. the right side pipe is the only one that fits a little tight but it works fine

i never said i was trying to build anything... i just thought it would be cool to see the setups on one page how would it be so conflicting if everyone who runs cpi states their setup on the cpi page, everyone who runs vitos posts their setups on the vitos page? they state what they got and what they do with it.........

ok but not exactly,,, the serval is not on that page and theres no supporting mods or pipes. also pages of info on other manufacturers i think that is what this guy was looking for what cylinder does what, not just pictures of them ya im sure it would be quite a write up but would be worth it for everyone to be able to halfway quickly decide what cylinders do what and what mods go with it also people who already have the setup can reply with what they have and how they like it instead of everyone on different thread titles saying "oh i have this" its a mess trying to search through the threads and everyone with different setups has conflicting opinions. this way only people who run CPI could reply on the cpi page, people who run twister could reply on that page
