    With re-packing does the packing have to fill the whole of the inside of the muffler or just be wrapped tightly around the core tube thing and not fill the muffler totally? Also is there a difference between 4 stroke and 2 stroke packing? The shop near me had no 2 stroke packing so I bought 4 stroke packing.

    Have you checked the thumb throttle? A mate of mine had the same problem. He had an accident a month or two ago and after messing around for hours, turns out it was the thumb throttle. Played around with it at adjusted it and it was ok.

    Ok thanks. The thing is I rev it and when the revs come down, 2 out of 4 times it'll turn off. Same thing while riding, sometimes I'll pull the clutch in the bike will turn off when the revs come down

    Hmm interesting. Though where I ride is 3500ft above sea level and this video was at home which is about 100ft above sea level. Does that make a difference? Thanks.

    ok thanks. With the choke, isnt that what is meant to happen since the carbs are getting more fuel when you pull the choke out?
