No, what I meant was its under 2 years old, so it shouldnt really be causing any issues engine wise yet, right? I'm all for looking after my quad, I'd rather do something now than lose later by not doing it.

Only mods are dmc 916 pipes and k&n filter with lid on and no holes. Riding temps are between 40F - 65F No, it happens at my riding spot, I made the video at home cause the problem annoys me a lot. They're 27.5 pilots. It used to start easy but over the last few months it's like its just getting harder to start.

How can you tell if it's cold or not by a video? We're in the middle of winter at the moment. Only thing is my riding spot is 4000ft above sea level while at home (in the video) it is 100ft above sea level.

it's jetted for cold temps. Fuel is only 2 weeks old. Well I haven't had any problems with it yet so I don't see a need to spend money on changing it just yet.

When my banshee is cold it is an absolute bitch to start, I kick at least 30 times before it even wants to start and when it does it turns off within 5 seconds then I start it again, and it turns off again, everytime I start it, it stays on a bit longer till eventually it doesn't turn off. Every 916 has the hangers but my light still needed to be flipped upside down for the muffler to be bolted.

hmm I'm gonna have to check it again. If I lossen the packing so it is not so tight and doesnt totally fill out the muffler (so I can get it in easier) Would that affect performance?

Well theoretically, the end cap would not go on if it was not aligned properly.... right?

I did the packing today, what a cunt of a thing to do. Hope I did it right. Took me about 40mins. If the core tubes arent aligned properly will that cause any issues?
