All this talk about 2s vs 4s, what about stock reeds vs 4s, is the difference in power noticeable and how much hp gain is it going from stock reeds to 2s or 4s?
Well I had the same issue. Took about good 50-60 kicks to start when cold. I checked the compression and it was good so I cleaned the pilots jets with a piece of wire brush and cleaned the carbs with carby cleaner then it started within 2-3 kicks every time.
Well I've rode with t5, t6, Fmf & DMC 916. They're all good but I prefer the 916 cause its got power down the lower rpms and power at high rpms

I wonder why I didnt think of that............ I dont keep my banshee at my place. It's at a friends place and he works odd hours so dont always have access to it.
Thought I;d find out here so I can order it before the weekend when I go riding.
