I would save yourself the hassle and time right now...have the bore measured...not just at the top but all throughout the cylinder by a machine shop...go one bore size up with new pistons...WAIT till you have the pistons in hand and let the machine shop bore to piston spec in hand..then you can assemble with confidence. .. Also...couple aftwr assembly pre fire requisites. ... Leak down test Compression test Squish test All important steps to save you money and time in the end
  2. Block off that vent at waterpump...run rhe rear vent to atmosphere...then eliminate all your coolant bottle jargon while your in there...search coolant bottle delete banshee HQ on google and you will see

  7. ^^^that... As far as your rear make sure it is bled real good...there is also and adjuster at rear brake pedal you can adjust...if that is out of wack it may not be applying the master soon enough... Do the 450 conversion if you think your brakes suck...the calipers have 2 pistons verses 1...

    There was a guy on here making custom tie rods cheap as hell and using good material too...search around
  11. Time to grab some beers and a multimeter. ..start testing continuity....test everything...make sure the voltage regulator is plugged in also

  14. Oh shit I get it now...so what you guys are saying is due to the parasitic lean condition there is actually not enough fuel to satisfy the stoichiometric solenoid in the CDI causing a reverberence through the coil and dimming the right ? Damn you guys are good....reeeeal good...
