Ive been wanting to go bigger on the motor myself butvthe damn fuel milage...we do some 50 mile trips through the woods and im good for 50 but im stock stroke stock ports...but im feeling the itch to go bigger...fuel is what the SxS are for!

Maybe try to find a powder that cures at a lower temp if ya wanna be extra safe...but sounds like these guys havnt had issues...

I had a buddy who had his painted with automotive paint with a shit ton of flex agent in it...flat areas stayed pretty nice but anywhere a bolt was cracked the fuck out real quick...like mentioned above...get a nice set of platics and keep them nice...I dont know how it is in the dunes but we ride coal and that coal dust fucks plastics up in a weekend...gotta keep up on it...

I still vote for a plane ride to the source and pick up cyls personally....

Only thing I will suggest is if you have a stash of extra bolts laying around (and they dont have to be for the banshee just any bolts in general with correct thread pitch) is to put a bolt anywhere one is going to have to go back into...dont bottom them out cause powder wont get in there but enuf that all your threads are covered...if you dont grab a 12 pack of beer and a nice tap and die set and have at it...you will still prolly have to clean wholes a little bit but better than having to re tap every fucking thread... If ypu do get rid of those rear plastics cut the rear fenders off around rhe fraphics so I can duplicate them...I will pay of course. ... And id rather pay 500 dollars for plastics than buy from a scammer who has ripped off many people on this site who give you good information and an internet beat down when ya need one....sometimes dignity is worth more than ya think....

Think about it though...with those 34mm carbs you would really be set apart from the "other" banshee guys....

In PA we need a bill of sale to obtain a title...we can call DCNR and have the title checked over the phone for free...I always run VIN before purchase for 2 reasons...1. To verify its good..2. If the seller is shady about givibg you VIN you shpuld prolly stay away anyway... Also...if there was a title but hasnt been changed since say 1993 and there are no liens (which our DCNR also checks for for free over phone) and has not been reported stolen...they send a certified letter to last name and address on title...obviously its certified letter so someone has to sign...if in 14 days they do not receive response and no one has signed for document the old title becomes invalid and a new title is availible to be put directly into your name or anyones name for that matter... and you do not need to have already purchased the bike for this service to be rendered. ..if the seller is cool with it and can hold on to the bike for the time it takes you can have all your ducks in a row before you even buy bike.. But I agree with windy...but on an absolute "legal" side...I know there are states that dont require you to have a "title" but I think if push came to shove legally it wouldnt hold up...a title in my mind is cheap insurance.... That was a lot of typing...ok its beer time!
