Get the VIN number from the seller. ...call DCNR...google them and get the number...when you call DCNR tell them you wanna purchase a bike but want to make sure its clean...they will run vin number and tell you whats up with it...if its a clean bike all you need is a bill of sale to generate a title... WV is a state whwre a title is optional. ..so mosr likely the bikebis clean...

If the information was in anyway shape or form important there would be breakdowns everywhere for the numbers... If you would have given a reason as to why you wanted to know so specifically what motor you have you would have gotten better results...
