If you watch that video he shows you how to restore your plastic not paint ffs painting is horrible unless you NEVER want to ride... no paint will hold up to the abuse of riding and if you get a real good paint job like the drag guys do its gonna cost you just as much if not more than new plastics

My builder told me that the VF2 produce better power than the VF3 or VF4, But I did buy a set of VF4 just so I have a spare set incase anything happens while im riding... I don't have dyno sheets proving or discrediting the shops statement but he was telling me not to waste my money on them... ijs

Sorry its not from the side this is the best I can do... But the heel guard lines up with the back fender im sure you could fit a -1 with them mine is stock and there is plenty of room...

I have the XFRs and they are great, takes a few to get used to the kicking with your heel but it's not bad and worth it the kick side is set back a tad farther but can't kick like normal I stand on right side and kick it with the ball of my foot now and no issues the pegs have insane grip... Only bad thing is it take some minor modification to make them mount but it's easy I haven't modded them yet and they are still on

You're the first person I've ever heard of having a shit motor come out of there, but You should have given him a build plan other than just do what ever if your gonna port atleast get a hone with new rings why on earth would you give your motor to a builder and do it half ass??? Idk maybe he did jack it up but I seriously doubt it

That looks legit is that box able to be mounted the other way with an airbox? Reason im asking is because I occasionally need to run an airbox when it gets muddy

when doing the leakdown test have a spray bottle with soap and water, if your gauge shows you have a leak spray the soapy water around your seals and gaskets it will blow bubbles.. any time you tear into the motor you should do a compression test and a leakdown

But to be honest my new builder of choice is jeff at fast, he carries better quality cranks is easier to get a hold of has the same turnarounds and offers way more products not to mention jeff, Cody or anyone else that answers the phone will talk to you for as long as you want answering all your questions best customer service of any shop I've ever used

Kevin's mx hardcore port is legit, Kevin had a fast turnaround time and the bike with just port work was a whole new machine fast as hell for a stock motor
