  1. Nutin else to do so i read the whole thread.... IMO a good motor is going to take some time to build and tune even if all the parts are available. How long will depend on a bunch of different factors. You know.... you could always have a lil shit turd dirtbike , another banshee or w.e. to fuck around on till your motor gets back. If you have the $ to make a good build you have the $ to have a lil toy on the side. It won't be your awesome banshee motor that you want but you can still rip around on it. Better then nothing at all. Of course everyone wants everything right away. Sometimes it happens faster then expected and sometimes not. If I send a motor out guess what I'm doing while I wait? I'm ripping my lil toy..... Carry on
  2. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=163771 heres my review of the skid plates he made for me for my lonestar +2+1 a arms
  3. looks like a big air leak to me but i agree.... it prob looks bigger due to the fact the stinger tube is near it and not so much the pipe
  4. pretty sure he would of updated the thread saying so if it was sold....... yea there still up for grabs mauro78
  5. What are you going to be using for fuel? Alky?
  6. have vegas jeff make you a seat cover. custom shit ftw!
  7. All the seats are the same if I'm not mistaken. It's just a different seat cover
  8. What's nice about these arms is JDS Customs makes skid plates that fit these arms perfect. I have a set of these arms and love them. I also have the JDS skid plates too. No more bent or dented arms for me
  9. I have a 10dm from redline. Kickass motor for sure. What exactly are you doing with the bike? Hill climbing? Ect Ect
  10. nice build so far. any idea on what this motor is going to put out for numbers?
  11. Welcome to the addiction. Hope you got deep pockets. Once you get hooked you'll be spending alot more then you think. Make sure your jetting is right first thing
  12. if you gotta have the key get the hid-a-key bracket so its under the seat
  13. Cam at redline racing . Your welcome
  14. Just read the thread and wish you a speedy recovery. Glad your ok and good luck
  15. 35s are fine I've seen 38s on them before. I would go with a cel needle. Dek is prob the needle that came with the carbs. How much was the port? You should of sent the cylinders to one of the site sponsors on here for some real good porting. I would highly recommend cam at redline racing. Also did you adjust your flywheel/stator pickup gap?
  16. thanks for posting james. i was gonna text you and ask about the videos haha. you didnt do too bad! you didnt case it like the others did the first run
  17. About time u have 2 carbs! Haha good move dude
  18. got a full set of them from dave. good guys to deal with
  19. congrats on the sale big red. whats the next motor your gonna get??
  20. i would go with cam at redline racing hands down. what exactly do you wanna do with the bike? i know you said your cheap and dont wanna spend the extra $ but personally i was like that at one point but then i finally came to realize you gotta dish out some good coin to get better performance. not saying you wont like the 4 mil. they are fun good bikes but if i had to do it again i would of jumped right to 10mil.... even for a trail bike. i grew out of my 4 mil quick. your gonna want more down the road im telling you
  21. best way to build them is from scratch. you will know everything about the bike without any hidden flaws and it comes out exactly as you want. of course $ plays a role in this also but imo i think its best to dish out the coin and build to your dreams
  22. suspension will help alot. if you want more power out of the bike i would go with a bigger engine. the bigger carbs even if you got 35's its gonna add a lil bit to the mid and top but thats about it. you'll out grow it very quick.
