I think you need to figure out how you want the bike to act for your riding application. Also what kinda rider you are. A "lazy" rider may actually like something like slp's/cpi as it will come onto power quicker, stay in a higher gear and you won't have to have the rpms up as high all the time with say the shearers. While a "aggressive" rider may like the shearers or snipers more as they will rev out higher and make power later in the rpms and they usually rev out the gears more. There is nothing wrong with either style of riding and the nick names are exactly just that meaning nothing and more of a reference then anything. It's not based on skill level either. So then you come to the point after figuring it out that you want more hp then your had in mind and want the power to come on sooner. Well guess what now your going 10mil and starting all over again [emoji23][emoji23] But seriously If you want to try to get the most power out of your motor choose between cpi, shearers, snipers and slp's and choose if you want the power to come on a little later or earlier. 10dm for mx with a +6 arm? I don't think so lol. It's a dune/ trail quad. Wouldn't run a bumper on a drag bike. Thanks for the suggestion I checked them out they look pretty good. Anyone got ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If your worrying about fuel consumption just bring a extra tank with you via grab bar or whatever you choose. More power you make the more fuel it's gonna use.

Fullbore hood and import thermo cap ftw! Been keeping an easy eye on my temp on my 10dm for years now. ( note the caps don't last forever but they do work) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Best swingarm/full body/a-arm skidplate
bluebanshee98 replied to jeremyshee01's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
I worked with jds customs to have skid plates available for +2+1 arms. They were originally for lone star sport style arms but through experimenting I found they fit others as well. They will not work with long travel arms through. You can hit them up and get a set if you like. They have kept my chrome lone star arms dent free for years now. Was worth the money imo as the skid plates show the arms would def be fucked up by now. Sometimes you gotta spend to keep things nice -

Old school ac pro pegs still have my vote. Heel guards and has room to kick. -
Lol this just happened to me! Same exact problem. Call them up and tell them about it. They will take care of you. I had the top mounted first and the bottom wouldn't fit. But either way it doesnt fit. Are you running a long travel link and Elka lt shock? That added gusset doesn't work that they have on there Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Best carb set up for a 4mill ?
bluebanshee98 replied to Columbus350's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Keep it stock length if it's gonna be a woods bike. If it's a dune bike you might wanna +4. Either way go round house carrier. Fuck stock swingarms Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Big Bore Twins, how big can you go before........
bluebanshee98 replied to DOCO794's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
The bigger motors 10+ are not really that bad to kick over. You just gotta do it correctly. It's not like a stock motor where you can kick it over carelessly without even paying attention and half ass it with flip flops on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Non of the aftermarket oversized rads come with the rubber grommets that I know of. Reuse the old or buy new. Your saving a big amount compared to the 200$ ones so you can't go wrong Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Seems like there is some oversized asi radiators back on eBay right now if anyone needs them

Can you confirm this? They make perfect fitment and good product. Would be a shame if they did.
