After a couple of weeks with the iphone 5, I must say, its a cool phone. My previous phone is the iphone 4. The precessing speed of the 5 is amazing, it does everything almost instantanious. Granted the maps app needs some work, but the speed of LTE is unreal, at times it feels faster than my WiFi connection (no, I do not have a shitty router). If one is eligible for an upgrade, the discounted price is worth every penny.

Are you trying to sync your entire library? Try syncing a few songs first to see if that helps, select a coulpe of artists or a playlist. Any error messages?

Thats really weird, if the iOS version on your new phone is the same as the old one then it should sync up with no issues. I wouldnt update to 6.0, there is a good chance that you could get shitty battery life like some people report (including me). You can try to upgrade iTunes itself (if you havent already), no need to update the phone. I dont know if you want to try this but.............(from your phone) Settings->General->Reset->Reset All Settings

Are you trying to load up a previous backup? I would def turn on iCloud just for contacts.

For average people its a great device. Im not a fan of the new Maps though.

Could be a bent rim, happened to me. Used to shake badly but only in sixth. Changed the rim, now it rides likes a lexus in top gear.

Carbs out of sync possibly?
