I know its shown on a Dirtbike tire but THIS is how i studded mine on my quad.. i will send pics later when i can get out to the garage. I used some Dunlop Stock front tires and Cheng Shin C826's in the rear. follow the angles in this video and i've never thrown 1 single stud yet. Been Racing Pro class indoor ice since 2010.
Unless your in Ohio.. we have a 0-400 class with no 2/4 Stroke designation and also the 450 class does not specify 450 4 stroke.. rulebook says 450cc ON THE JUG.
Do Not follow this EXACTLY cuz it's for bikes but u can follow the "angles" of screw installation to help keep your stud in the tire longer.
Used this method for my I.C.E. Series tires and never had any studs pull out in three seasons.
DWT rim lips actually stick out a little bit on alot of tires... especially when your running lower air pressures... typically after i get them mounted (Brake Clean & Lighter) i lay them on the side and put a mixture of dishwashing soap & water on the lip and let it gravity feed to the bead... next day add about 20 pouds of air and they completely seat... release air to your desired pressure. Also... look at what section your posting in before you submit your topic
