  1. Meh... ordered the pilot jets but i dont think its that coz it still feels rich on pull off. maybe i didnt explain very well, its more pinging/lot of buzzing about up front in the pipes when i come off the throttle or sat in traffic in 5th-6th gear doing 30-40mph. My mate says its just the way a 2 stroke sounds and im not used to it not having riden for a while, Im sure it never sounded like that before...

  3. Its an rd 350 lc, dunno if thats a standard shee motor or not lol. Guessing it was something to do with the stator coz it happened after he swapped the wire over. The white wire (the one that was plugged in when it happend) was putting out a higher vaultage than the other one, apparently the said stator has a high and low output???? i have no idea
  4. I took everything apart and cleaned it when i changed the jets, put new plugs in too. I never really notice much difference by messing with the screw, its 2 turns out at the mo... Its running ok, feels like the jettings on, powers sweet right the way through, it just doesnt sound clean/smooth...

Im trying to get my jets right for the colder weather having not riden since summer... stock motor, k&n 6" pods & outer wears, pt mids, sea lvl - 300ft, average temps out are like 2-8C... for summer i had 27.5 pilot, 290 mains, needle clip in the middle & was a lil rich on the pilot. Now i have changed just the mains to 310's, revs up nice, crisp and clean as, like "Vrrin Vrrin" but coming of the revs it will splutter/ pop off a bit when the revs drop, if you get what i mean its not clean, it just doesnt sound too good to me. Have i gone to big on the mains and its over fueling and still burning fuel when i come off the throttle? thats kinda what it sounds like to me but ima noob, any idea's? Thanks Rotten.

Nope no crack there befor, it has/had about 10 bar compression, he hasnt messed with the timing at all i dont think just these wires on the stator. havent checked mine but my mates other two shee's only have 6 wires coming off the stator, this one has 7???.it not sure what motor it is to be honest, think its a normal shee motor???

"I changed one of the wires around instead of six comeing out of me stator I've got seven mate a plain White one" "I've got seven wires instead of six a plain White one and wen it was runing shit so I unplugged one of the wires and plugged the White one in it was runing a lot better but it was spitting flames out the exhaust so I put it bk to normal then I plugged the White one bk in kicked it an it kicked bk and dun that." any ideas anyone?

  10. need ya help guys... my mate just had his egine rebuilt coz it was rusty n running like shit, put it back in the bike and it was still running lumpy so we changed coil, ecu & carbs. it was still running lumpy and wouldnt rev up, after trying to start it again it kicked back and split the case... anyone know what could be causing this?
  11. Tried new plugs? You cant read dirty plugs anyways, If there black as already you wont see if its lean coz the plugs are already stained & wont change color. Getcha self some new plugs and a bunch of jet sizes rather then drilling em out, there only a couple of $ each. A fouled plug will make it back fire & run like shit, always try a plug change 1st its way easier then messing with the jets. Iv only had my shee acouple of months now but iv freaked out acouple times started messing with everything & the problems been down to fouled plugs
  12. Wouldnt it be great if we could stay on topic rather then bitching at each other in my thread over stuff that has nothing to do with my post? The main point that most of you are missing is that im talking about in the UK legally not in the US illegally...
