  1. I believe its jetted a little fat but rips good for me and would rather have it rich then lean ...it was just this weekend when we were breaking a buddy motor in it felt hot . I was ridding it easy more just cruising never really getting into power band bit it boiled over once I let it cool down and opened it her up a little she was fine bit wanting to be able to ride like that and not worry about it .
  2. Any one running Inline coolers ? What about running them on both lines? Any of them better than other ? Or what about the ones with the gauge in em ? I already did over sized radiator cool head and pro design impeller and run engine ice just wanna keep this thing as cool as possible
  3. Who's getting muitiple trip more than a season on a 4 mil that ain't haven problems ... This was going to be my next big mod this winter 4 mil with 64.5 or maybe 65 piston something small but reliable and good power but seems they don't hold up well seems like people are always blowing them up .. I got a buddy that been fighting his four mil for four year it never runs longer than a day ...is this just bad luck or part of getting more power ?
  4. I got almost the same problem going on after I installed timing plate cool head vf3 took out this weekend and she blew water outta the radiator ... I also just did a vito water impeller and are running engine ice and over sized radiator .. and mine still getting hot not sure I think its the timming plate doing it
  5. On this note I got a frame from him.few months back that was all bent to shot and he didn't do crappy and eBay wasn't much help either ... I sent him dozens of pictures and measurment and he offered me 50 bucks in store credit I payed 650 for the frame and asked him specificly if it was bent or had any other problem he said no it was in great shape .. don't buy from him minkia38

It idles great it comes off idle alright most the time is a little loaded up if its been just idleing for more than a min or so I did attempt a plug chop and there was just a slight brown ring around the bottum .. and top ... And the ring of the plug had no marks at all in it .. but not sure I am doing this right I warmed up the motor put new plugs in and ran it wot in 4 th for about a 1/4 mile turned ran back the ssame 1/4 then pulled em
  7. i have a timiing plate at +4 fmf pipes silenced noss cool head 21cc domes vf3 with aftermaket intake 28 mikuni ... it ran like raped ape before doing any of these with just the 28mm carbs after it runs great has a little hesitation off start and a popping when it not really good and warmed up and seems to get hotter than it used to .. i am runnign a 380 main and 30 pilot with 3rd clip position does the jetting seem okay seems like 380 might be a little big and a 30 might be small any thought ..
