  2. I didn't notice any major hp gain with the vf3 but the throttle response was huge.. I think they were worth it .. But proble would spend the money on a port or 4 mill next time first then get them
  3. I ended up picking it up with a tank needed a new tank cause the nut inserts were stripped on mine ..did clean it up a bit and as states will be nice if I decide to go bigger on the motor ..
  4. What the bonus to having this pingle valve pet cock instead of a normal style ? I know it has two fuel line and it's shinny but does it help deliver that much more fuel ? Is there a problem with leaky or defective stock style pet cock ? I kinda like the reserve on the stock style too . Just came a cross a decent deal on one and was wondering if it even worth the money

  8. Looks like you got one shock at a higher setting that the other it may just be the picture or possible a low Tire. The gf yfz get a pretty good lean when a rear tire goes flat
  9. I have a question kinda off topic but at what point would you start looking toward lockup rather than a heavy duty clutch .. I mean is it part of somthing you should do with a mild 4 mil build or is this 421 serval motor and up you should consider it part of the build ? I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a 4 mil and wanna know if it's somthing I should buy and put in when I have cases apart
  10. That is a big advantage what size for a mIld 4 mil I see every one talks about the 35 Pwk but could I run a 28 or 30 and be fine or is steeling up to 35 that big of a hp increase
  11. Was wonder what is a easyier carb for tunning and getting parts for ..of guys around here run a Keihin carb cause the jets are more ready available or they say .. What's the different between a pj carb and Pwk ?
  12. I got a brand new streamline one still in package ..I need a plus six and order the wrong one
  13. Yeah I know how to sync them but I can't get wm synced there always off and if I get it close with eye sight the gauge reading is off then try and adjust with gauge and I can't get up close
  14. I can't get my carbs sync with the air gauge . I do it by sight and get em really close at idle and the air gauge reads 5 on one and 7 on the other play with it a little or even just hit the gas and it will switch get 7 on the one I had 5 and 5 on the one I had 7 and it is running out like I let off the throttle and it take a while to calm down ? I hold the throttle at 1/2 open and the gauge will read 15 on one side and 10 on the other I'm lost .. I switched plug wire on the cylinder and didn't help or change the gauge reading

Any one running the 4 mil stock cyl porting set up from herr jugs , read nothing but great thing aboug herr jugs and looking into gettting a 4 mil .. dislikes ? likes ? good power increase ? got a buddy that put 4mil in his bike from a local builder and my stock stroke stock cyl is just as fast and way more realiable than his his is slways in the shop ( alot to do wiht the guy that built it )

  23. Doesn't more un burnt fuel mean it going to get hotter ? Kinda like bogging a motor runs hotter than just an normal driveng ! I always look at it like the water pump is only turning how ever fast your motor going .. there for more rpm more water movement..
