  1. I have 45 pilots 1/2-1 turn out cel middles clip 158 mains and it runs pretty good. Could probably drop my main down a bit but runs well enough to leave it alone! 4 mil herr dune port 21cc domes vf3 35pwk CPI inframes sea level
  2. Exhuast should help lower egts get rid of that oval down pipe and put atleast the 3" down pipe. I got rid of the cat and had Mbrp muffler on it. I ran the edge evolution in the tow mode and never had problem with other than it still would only do 40 up a hill. Those tri pod gauges are a pretty good investment and keep an eye on them. I never changed my gears but with 37s it liked 80 mph even towing just had to be flat ground.

  5. I think it really sucks that a lower a arm got lost and it not being your fault but they are aftermarket parts that are dicountiuned that you bought used and now sold. Sucks you can't get a replacment for just that one arm but before this turns into a "screw alba" thread I would see if alba would be able/ willing to make a similar set of lower arms for you, or possible make a newer style replacment same geometry lower arm that will work. Even if it has four gussets instead of two Maybe see if Tyson racing or some other fab shop can take copy the desing. Best of luck with it really suck when stuf like this happens

  9. Might try a oem stator if ya can get one. And your already taking the flywheel off.
  10. Redline is in the middle of nowhere but does good work. About 4 hr drive from Bonney lake. You can send him your cly or hole motor bet he would beat that price and you would be happy with it. Dan wade is up in Wilkeson I believe now. I have a set of boysen reeds in stock cages $60 if ya want them.

  15. Never had a problem at Winchester. Sand lakes tested a lot. To be honest I don't think my cfsx silencer are much quiter than well packed stock CPI silencers

  18. 0-2500 is where I ride. Local bike shop should have them or PJ Motorsport is a site sponsor should have soom. http://www.pjmotorsports.com The a/s has 4 vents instead of 2, different slides ( throttle valve ) and have vains on the intake side to help direct air flow to try and help with throttle response. My bike didn't like them at all. Wished I would listen to a lot these guy and changed them out sooner.
  19. 185 main wow I ran a 42 pilot cel 2nd grove 158 on a ported 4 mil CPI 35a/s and it still loved plugs. Tried everything from 40-55 pilot and 152-175 mains. Always had a bog off bottom pulled good in top with the 155-158. Never could dial it in all the way though. Switched to a normal set of 35pwk and was a lot easier 45 pilot middle and 158 main no bog anywhere now

  21. Sure you got the pilot and not the air screw? To get to the pilot you have to take the bowl off.

The problem is now they know it is getting to you. 70 hp seems like a stretch to me for what you have maybe not my guess it closer to 60hp if ya do end up getting it there that would be awesome would like to hear more about it. If ya do have the money and time though defiantly do a pro mod tranny really sucks not being able to shift when you really need it to ( climbing a hill ) my first 4 mil I didn't do it and regretted it every time I rode it $200 from redline will be money well spent
