  1. i personally wouldnt buy that bike. thats just my opinion though.
  2. powder coating is the only way to go.
  3. pretty classic. ive seen dumber people though.
  4. pull the motor out. get a manual and start figuring it out is my advice. best way to learn.
  5. you should probably look at your plugs to see if its lean and also check your jetting. could be getting hot due to a lean condition. good luck.
  6. gonna run it this weekend. hopefully it doesnt blow up.
  7. might want to specify a type of choke. cylindrical, improved, modified etc.
  8. considering the mods you have on this bike i personally wouldnt part it out. your going to end up with a bunch of stock parts that nobody is going to want. you would be better off selling it complete in my opinion. just my .02 good luck.
  9. make sure you have the slides in the correct carb. also 25 pilot is to small for anything other than bone stock. i dont know what your setup is.
  10. download the photobucket app and upload them onto photobucket from your phone. thats how i do all of my pictures.
  11. personally id rather get a beater and rebuild the bike. then you make the bike "yours". for me most of the fun is building it and making your own not someone else's junk.
  12. the top end is pretty fresh. i had it ported by fast and bought pistons and rings at the same time. i have a feeling its a trans problem. i just dont see why it goes away with a touch of the trottle. i was just hoping that someone on here has had the same issue in the past.
  13. Bikes been making this noise for quite a while. the only time it makes the noise is when its on a real low idle. if i barely touch the trottle the noise goes away. i checked the flywheel and it is fine. it kind of sounds like the noise is in the case directly behind the sprocket. bike has oil in it and no metal shavings in in the oil. the bike runs and shifts fine. any help would be appreciated. thanks.
  14. I wouldn't personally put in all that time, effort and money into a bent frame. I see frames on here all the time for $100.
  15. bummed out.. the family is up in oregon and im stuck home working.
