I forgot to mention that I originally just bought the cylinders and bolted them on. A year later I had him port, it gained on top with out loosing anything on the bottom.
Like some of the guys have already said, call Cameron at Redline. I had him port my Serval and I love it. Tyler seen the Dyno run back in Febuary, 85.6 hp. CPI's, 35mm carbs, Cameron's domes, 4.5 timing.
Yes it was about 3 hp peak gain with shearers but it did fall off just a bit on the bottom. The gain in the peak was not enough to make me run out and spend the $ on new pipes, however if I didn't already have CPI's and was looking for pipes I might go shearer. i just posted a pic in the gallery, Its Black and White.
It was 46.51 before Cameron ported, I can't remember for sure what the torque was after porting, I know it was in the 50's. It was done during the HQ dyno day at Redline, lots going on and forgot to get the sheet. I will call Cameron and have him dig that info up and get back to you.
That was my motor and it did dyno at 85.78 after porting (got to through that .78 in there) lol. the timing is set at 4.5 degrees with Cameron's cut domes. I love this set up for a fast dune play bike. Oh before the porting it dyno'd at 74.54. and yes this is on pump.
I've got a 4 mil Serval, 35 mm carbs, V-force II's, CPI's, 4.5 timing, Redline domes, 6" swing, 22-11-8 11 paddle haulers. I love it! Great dune play bike.
