  1. you have the choke cross over tube in right? if its getting hard to start, i would assume the choke cross over tube, hopefully the correct bowl is on the bottom of each carb, fouled out plugs, or low compression.
  2. This happens from alcohol, it will make the motor sweat because of how cold it is entering the cylinders, and the bottom end sweat into the trans because of how cold it is. The sweat will make you think you have a coolant leak into the motor. This is one of the downsides to running alcohol.

And my toy, 1997 chevy 1500, bagged, with a headunit and subs, cowl hood, and some shit i dont remember.

  6. as far as i know, they will switch over, you just have to switch everything to 96+ which has square connectors vs the older round connectors.

  11. i agree sounds like a air leak, leaning out one side. could be anything from a cracked intake, to blown base gasket.
  12. AV gas shouldnt go bad for a long ass time, It has no ethenol in it. and ethenol is what causes newer pump gas to go bad so quick. His gas should be good for atleast 6 months if not longer. Wheat, do you shut the gas off and run it for a min or so after to try to drain the carbs? maybe the oil in the carbs is gumming it all up?

  17. sounds like a good plan. Mine has white plastics with a black seat and black radiator/tank plastics. better get ready to spend money. it gets bad when your on here haha.
  18. easiest way, if you still have your stock stuff try one piece at a time, try the stock coil, if that doesnt fix it, then try the stock CDI, if that doesnt then stator, ECT.
  19. be smart, if your worried about someone hacking in and taking your money, make a small checking account. only keep like 500 bucks in it or whatever. so you have money to buy things. if you need more, you transfer more to it. and if someone somehow hacks it, they are only getting 500 bucks.
  20. i buy av gas from a local airport and met the owner, he showed me the tech sheet on it. the av gas by me is actually 108 octane and it is graded my the normal gas standards.
  21. i know at one point i had bad fuel or oil in the tank and it would run like shit and backfire. i would assume yours is fresh. try for shits and giggles, switching the spark plug wires from side to side and see if the problem follows.
  22. any more info, do you have the TORS still, if so, unplug them. What all was changed, ECT.
