  1. are you talking about the bearings that are in the hub? if so its very easy, a hammer and a socket to reinstall new, a punch or exension and a hammer to knock them out.
  2. i love the look of the claws. as long as them make them, i will run them just put my new winter setup on
  3. i went to TSI in easton area. i had him assemble and port the motor. did a great job on my stock cylinder 4 mil, only thing i could complain about was that he was slow getting to it.
  4. i got LRD's they come in nice and early for the trail riding i do. and dont fall off until pretty damn high rpm.
  5. porting is one of the best bangs for your buck. i have a stock cylinder ported 4 mil stroker, and it ripssss
  6. sorry to hear that, i had my first banshee stolen from me, its a shitty ass feeling.
  7. yes it makes one cylinder run richer or leaner than the other, and it will give you a much more chrisp throttle and better pull when synced
  8. also make sure the air cleaner is clean, if they are really dirty or have something restricting them, they will run great till you need a lot of air and thern it will die. i had a bad outterwears that caused this.
  9. its not hydrolocking, it is just not firing and the pipe is getting filled with the gas that isnt being burned. sounds like a spark issues, try taking the wires and swaping what cylinder they go to. if the problem follows the wire, then you have a coil/wire problem.
  10. leave the clutch cover off. put it in gear and try to push it, if the clutch is letting it slip you will be able to tell. should limit out the clutch annd pressure plate deal.
  11. do you have stock carbs? stock airbox? if not swap the carbs between sides, also try it without a air cleaner. I had a bad outterwear that acted like a plastic bag and starved the motor for air. if stock carbs, make sure the bowls are on the correct side, and the chock tube is in.
  12. They go right in, Just double check your jetting afterwards otherwise enjoy
  13. windy did dyno them iirc
  14. i feel like my 4s pull a little better then the 3's i think the bottom end is stronger.
  15. what are they going for? i didnt see it anywhere iin the thread
  16. you can cheat it sometimes if you run a air box and no lid, put the lid on and it can make up for it
  17. sounds like a small air leak to me, when the motor gets warm and shit expands, it seals the air leak.
  18. shit i have like 6-7k in mine and a lot more done than that.
  19. aircraft stripper a scraper blade and a pressure washer does decent, baking it off would be the easiest
  20. i run bel ray or maxima in the trans, distilled water and like half a gallon of 50/50 green antifreeze, with some water wetter normal brake fluid and with tequniplate or maxima 927 2 stroke oil
