  1. i assume your running pods? i had a bad outerwear once, that if would run fine until it got to power, then it wouldnt let enough air flow through, and would shut a cylinder down. something stupid that took me a while to find.
  2. basically the same setup as mine and i have 28pwks. if you go any bigger you will lose bottom end, and maybe gain a little at the very top of the range. not worth it.
  3. they aren't necessarily big bore, stock sleeve will go to 66.00 thats what my cylinders are, thats just as big as you can go safely.
  4. we will need altitude, compression, and riding temp to see if its possible.

  9. no, you dont need bigger carbs until you get a lot more mods. honestly, look at a timing plate, and porting, they are the best bang for your buck in the power department.
  10. either that or the throttle spring broke, meaning the spring wont put the slides down all the way, but will be double strength after a certain point.
  11. i know the coils generally fail while hot, so i would test that too. or if a buddy has one, borrow it.
  12. the question is, what size tires, they make so many options for diameter and width, that you want to get the right offset and width based off of them.
  13. american racer i think only makes them in a 10, so he has to run a 10in wheel. same tires i ran on my microsprint.
  14. i know i changed to SLP's and i need to gear it taller now. the bottom end is outragous.
  15. as far as i know, they bearings OD are all pretty much the same, its the ID that changes depending on the diameter of the axle. I have 4 bearings in mine as well.

  17. hotter can cause overheating and a melt down. too cool it wont run right, run really rich, lack power.
  18. do you have a billet water pump impeller or the factory plastic? i have seen the plastic spin on the shaft even though it looks good.
  19. are you sure its actually loosing performance, and not that you are getting used to it from riding that long?
  20. that leads me to think you have a hole in the float. i cannot see any reason why the motor would cause it to overflow. if it has that much pressure returning to the carbs, i would think it would try to push back by the slides, not into the bowl.
  21. im going to assume you checked the float height right?
  22. also did you unwire the brains of the tors? if it still thinks you have them, it wont let the bike run for shit.
  23. i have pwk28's i think they are a fairly decent upgrade.
