  1. Im hoping to be there opening weekend. How ever i moved to south bend so now its quite a drive. I found a private orv park down here called "bad lands". Thinking about checking it out instead, any one ever hear of it or been there? Thanks. Its abouy an hour south east of south bend, in attica i think. Im getting the itch! Lol :-d
  2. Welcome the HQ! You'll love this place! Now, when its at an idle and you hit the throttle does it bog down then rev up? And when it revs up and you let off the throttle does it stay reved up and come back to an idle slowly? If it Boggs at an idle when you hit it change your pilot jet, with a bigger one. And if it does the other thing the jets or something is kind of plugged. Just give the carbs a good cleaning and make sure your jets are not at the stock ones with the aftermarket exhaust you have.
  3. You don't happen to have the stator and timing plate do you
  4. alright cool thanks guys HQ is the best!!! lol
  5. Does everyone agree? I have them on oppisite sides of the frame.
  6. Ahh i see. I think my coil is normal i got it from rm stator. Nothing special except the wire caps.
  7. So I mounted the cdi on the left front of my frame under the gas tank, will the ceo and coil interfere with each other? If so what would it cause to happen? so far I have no issues.
  8. Well I broke down and took it to the shop. Lol I was there when they found the problem too. On the new stator 2 wires where assembled into the conector clip wrong! The red on the stator was going to the green on the harness! And green to the red. We switched them arround........ And behold! We have LOTS of spark! Thank you all for the help!
  9. I just don't get it. I by passed the teather and kill switch still no spark at all. Engine and carbs are stock well cyclenders are bored over, needle clip is second spot from the top (not the pointed end) was running 310 mains, then after it died I switched to 330 (recommended by a friend) for "more top end" Idk why lol. Uni pod filters toes eliminator kit and 27.5 piolot jets. Air screw 1 1/2 turns. I took it apart today and still no spark. And thank you guys for all the input. BTW thx for the flywheel gap measurement. Any other questions you have let me know thx again
  10. well i havent done a leak down test and it was only igniting when it wanted to and now that i changed to the pick up coil distance i dont get any spark at all now. i have a brand new wiring harness the only thing that i haven changed electrically is the key switch and the teather. my regular kill switch is broken and dosent work. i have t1 or t2 pipes 330 main jets and 27.5 piolet jets. im goning to dick arround with it tonight and tomorrow and keep y'all up dated. thanks for the help i also have uni pod filters and a TORS eliminator kit. and the plugs haven been fouling much isnce i adjusted the carb needles i leaned it out and put the clip one noch from the top. im running premium @ 32:1 klotz r50 mix ngk br8es plugs gapped at .030 i think will have to check and get back to you. thanks again for all the help guys
  11. I have they pickup coil adjusted correctly. And I tested it with a spark tester now I have no spark. Could it be a bad ground somewhere? Any help would be appreciated thanks. I would love to ride some time before snow falls lol
  12. I can't adjust it that small. The size of a credit card maybe?
