Engine is complete less reeds, carbs

Motor is @ HJR for port and stuff. I'll put on the chariot chain tensioner to help with the derail issue. Going with custome intake tube when the motor is back. I just need to sell my extra engine to pay for it.

Don't need the 450 fan and to be sure get a temp sticker to tell your engine temp. Try to get a swing arm that has a chain guide next to the rear sprocket. Wiring i used banshee harness and made my own lighting circuits. Sprockets are personal preference.

I only go Monday thur Thursday maybe like a dozen rvs and out there maybe pass 6 people. Mostly helpful duner veterans that are willing to tow you home

This is my spare motor kevin is doing the hole motor True and welded crank stock(by kevin) perfect cases low miles( no chain damage ) 0 miles top end 3rd bore(by kevin) all new seals and gaskets and inspection and put together (by kevin) this engine came from a 1997 banshee with all stock parts. it had seized because of no oil in gas. so when you buy it from me you can call kevin and tell him you want it ported for extra and the labor for assembaly is paid for. i dropped the engine off today and should be ready in 2 weeks or so. contact me here on bhq or tmjlhesse@gmail.com or text 760 855 4670 need 1,200 obo remember that kevin is still machining it right now.

If you get a led whip(12v) and color match the under LEDs. Since its a part your going to you might have a six PAC cooler. setup the battery on the cooler or setup a removable battery.

Don't go Yfz shocks unless you go all the way like Yfz arms conversion and relocated upper shock mount to get proper suspension cycle. My brother did the Yfz conversion and it does work and is cheap but if you don't relocate the upper shock mount or the lower a arm mount your ride hight will be two inches lower and your suspenision will not drop out. I.E. the shocks are at full extenion all the time like the springs need to be softer but then your ride hight will be even lower. Don't get me wrong the full conversion is way better than stock and the ride hight is ok. But real after market is better. Do you you think I could thread the shock body and resi? Would there be enough to thread? I hope not to have to weld nipples to it Or reposition the resi and weld I do want to keep it.

I guess I'll just go for it. Hoped for someone with real shock knowledge to say it will not work But I think it is worth the risk.

My brother striped his out and a atv shop in Escondido ca called Yakkey racing charged 50.00 parts and labor for a heli coil install. We drove to pismo 20 mins later. Short for that you could chase it. Take the plug to a tool place and order the chase or the heli coil kit.

I'm selIngl my plate to buy that style too. A mx racer told me the bling star dual design can pack full under the chain and destroy stuff. Im going for the single on eBay and which ever for the disk. I'll get one from a sponcer if they get on board.
