Well the motor is finished and ready to get picked up. Yeah 800 is a price I see lot too. I think I'll get a roller and sell it complete if I can't get 1000

So is it a labyrinth seal or oil control or ? It got to be a seal because that would mess with vaccum

Not from HJR my friends bike pic is hard to do but deff not a cold seize. The labyrinth seal is sealing the sides right? There is a oring? Maybe pitched oring? We sprayed the crap out of it with soap& water. And used the motion pro tool set to find the leak it was hard to keep pressure going in to find the rapid leak but I moved the kicker and then we really heard it leaking out.

We leak tested it and air is coming from opposite of the melted piston. New hotrods crank stock carbs 350 mains. Friends bike could the labyrinth seal caused this melt down?

See that's what I love about Bhq. I was on the fence with the tranny mod but now I'll get it done. Thanks guys! Any other items ?

I used some washers to shim the rim to get by. It was two one one lug and one on another worked perfect.

The tranny end cut came up and he said if I was more than a duner or was on alky that then he would recommend it but at this point it's up to me. Max load crank bearings are considered. I'm leaning to end cut

Question is their any other mod to do while it is apart? Kind new to this and didn't want to forget any thing. I'm not going for crank bearings or straight cut gears. But I do want a bullet proof motor.

Dc. Conversion with a battery. Maybe aftermarket stator. If you used led head lights and tail with a good battery the fan might work at night with all lights on. Other quads have a ac fan like Kawasaki Mohave
