    I get only a few chances to go to the dunes and I the more I prep the better the trip My brothers kicker top came off last trip and his exhaust bolt too

    Peg bolts good one! Lock tight is a option too, But you get what you work for If I drilled the hose clamp head for the air filter then that will stay put too

    Once you get in the new clutch and you arrows line up and the clutch lever is pulled in and it still will lurch when you start it. I heard that could be the tranny starting to lock up or weld its self together. My brothers bike does that and he's going to replace the tranny soon. I'll let you know if that fixes it.

    Test your kill button and key switch. Check harness by unwrapping it and then fix issues.

    It a great bike but if any one here bought it I think we would remove a bunch of parts for better ones. And then we would have another 1500$ in it so then if we ever had to sell it we would lose a TON of cash. I hope a museum buys it. Hope you get top dollar

    Thanks mike! I get restless too. I hope not to sell my hybrid but my next project is a single seat long travel sand rail powered by rotary. Trying to get huge power to weight ratio.

    Yup builders will say 32-1 or 40-1. I split the diffrence.

    Remove the brass seat and polish the inside with a qtip and tooth paste. You could also bend the float tab to put more pressure on the needle.

    If you close to shearers shop in so cal he will make them for you bike no extra cost and he installs them too.

    Don't you have to trim your plastic with CPI ? Shearer no trimming.
