  1. I would go shearer. CPI at redline dyno day I thought made alittle more mid but I wasn't there. My brother has a HJR 4 mill ported with CPI in frames and it sounds like a Ferrari. My HJR 4 mill ported has shearer but it is a yfz450 frame. Their is a reason why shearer is the pipe design that the competition tryes to build better.
  2. Have dipstick 19$ shipped, reed spacers19$ shipped and needles no E clips 29$ shipped Jets main hex stock carb 380 6$ shipped. Trades welcomed too Looking for aluminum throttle cover, Kill teather switch, 280 jets, Polished front brake lever, Tie rod joint pair
  3. If mid range is your aim the consider pro circuit or rockets. CPI and shearer are close with shearer peaking more hp.
  4. Some dyno guys report less hp. Btw inspect your intakes.
  5. I like mine. If your rodeo g in slow tight areas 80% of the time don't buy but if your on the pipe a lot do it. I think most pipes sing off at 8500 rpm but shearer peak at 12k if your carbs can do it. You will notice right away the extra rpm.
  6. Also your carb sync and float level(remove gasket and measure 21mm)
  7. Alba has my vote too. I just had a DS650 crap out and they fixed it cheap. Super happy.
  8. I forgot if roll design uses 18.5 inch shocks but the more shock you have the better.
  9. Thanks need 2-4 good ones Ship so cal 92069
  10. Need a tight set thanks. Tmjlhesse@ail.com
  11. Thanks for the hours spent on Bhq. I'm going to try it out. It sounds to me that my clutch will be much more predictable and ill focus more on the ride ahead. I thinks that's why so many people like four smokes because of easy to use power curves at low speed making the quads reaction the same. (But boring )
  12. I need a pic of where your air line(out of head) is going to. Right now I'm welding a bung to the top of the tank opposed to the neck.
  13. Working on radiator plumbing and going to convert to serpentine flow.
