  2. Also check spark plug caps. Look for ngk rubber boots and non resistor plugs. Tors unplugged?

  11. I run W wetter or water. And I really have not got the ride it longer than 15m at a time. I hope next week I get to run it.
  12. Don't use the after market pipe mounts. Stick with the factory rubber mounts to keep them from cracking off the mount tabs. Also shearer sells raw pipes to other suppliers and those suppliers are using lower grade chrome or nickel also clean your chrome with proper stuff
  13. Besides the dealer ship or used, most of the arms that use bushings don't send new one they expect your to use your own.
  14. Yup. The inlets are on the same side and there is a divider between them. That make the water go by twice. The core is two row and I'm adding a top shroud to the radiator to ram more air in to radiator. Should be testing in glamis next sat with 95* weather.

  17. Do builders cut 2 mm out of a stock head to clear the 4mm crank? I picked up a shee last week and it was advertised a 400cc by alba but it didn't have the plate. It had no port and 310 jets and the pistons are coated in carbon because the jetting was rich. I can't read the top of pistons with video scope. Any other way to check besides tearing it down? I put 290 mains and its good now
