    I used to just drill holes and mount a rubber piece in middle. Automotive exhaust parts work well.

    Do a plug chop with current jetting. If it runs good now, and you get a light chocalate brown on porcelin, I'd say leave it. Jmo

    Well, another thing to look at, what kinda horsepower are you looking to get out of this 421, and how aggressive of a rider are you? Healthy 421 , in the dunes with a +4 will be no fun , unless your an aggressive rider. My +6 on 421 cub , (mid 90s HP) was dumb.
