Have you tried running a string line from a-arm mounts back to axle ? Pretty straight forward, pick the same spots on both sides and see what ya come up with. Easier when a-arms are on.
Cam could explain your options , diff hp #s, in about 3 mins on the phone. Hes pretty busy , but would be worth waiting to see what hed recommend. 10mm super wampus would be cool. Either way, after 1 pass, everyone gonna know what's up anyhow.
Are you planning on going back to k&t , or considering all options? Reason I ask, is cam has the pump gas motor setups putting out killer #s. Might be worth chatting with him on what would make best usable power with what your doing. K&t knows there shit as well, just havent seen much on pump gas stuff.
No worries. Hopefully you can get a cover sent to ya. If you dont want to deal with it , just find a hotrod upholstery shop , and usually theyll install for 20 bucks. Having a steam gun, pneumatic staple gun and the knowledge will make it look better and last longer 👍
If it's a nikisil cyl , millineum does plating, and can repair. Might send bansheehp on here message hes driveline. See his thoughts, and if there worth fixing
Bolt a cyl back on and itll be easy to determine the stroke size , if you got a micrometer. Just measure along inside cyl wall, bottom dead center, rotate crank to top dead center, should read 54mm of travel for stock , 58mm for 4mm , etc.
