  1. I would have a 30 pilot jet with that filter and vf4 and do a pkug chop with that main to see how it looks. One thing to always keep up on is the electeical. Check your pickup gap and keep the flywheel nice and clean along with a new set of plugs. . I like to keep a .020" plug gap as well as check you plug cap resistors. 5k Usually I just put some ngk ones on they are cheap..

  3. Change your rear sprocket or gwt a roundhouse style carrier. They have more adjustment
  4. You can also sand down where the 2 pieces meet and it will tighten up on the stem.

  9. yep she sounds toast... unless you did compression test wrong
  10. you should also consider checking the squish clearance.. those carbs with that setup should be around 48 pilot jjh or n68a needle and 155 main jet.

  14. did you add some ignition timing to it? your jetting should be around 330 also did you do a leakdown test when you assembled the motor?
  15. some aftermarket nich ebay cyls wont line up to well... so I hear
  16. if its a stock head you can drill the holes a little bigger and that may help it fit
  17. yes if your jetted right on then when temps drop you will be lean...
  18. reeds new too? make sure you have fuel in the carb
