  2. How much research have you done? Seems if your really into drag racing you better find out what your doing because ill bet the people your trying to race have. We need to know what fuel and elevation to be able to give you any information. Sounds like you need a life alert button. Edit: call dave noss at noss machine. I beleive he is a site sponsore. Go over your setup with him and he will custom cut you some sweet domes for an even sweeter price. And welcome to bhq.

  4. No dents, pretty clean just a little blueing near cylinders. 325 shipped
  5. Before you go chasing your tail with jetting go over your electrical. Pickup gap. 018 and is stator and cdi oem? Clean coil ground and ground near cdi. Be sure plug wires are making good contact and that plug caps arent comming unscrewed. Flywheel rusty?? Then comence to jetting..
  6. i would go with a hotrods crank and if your trail riding i would go with some 28pwk or 33pwk carbs.
  7. im looking for a front fullbore that needs repaired possibly and a set of front skiny tires for dirt drags also looking for a good rear brake caliper, a used set of coolhead studs ( i really only need 2 but ill buy the set) maybe someone has a oko carb layin around.. just 1. thanks guys!

  9. If you dont have the cylinders ported you want to run the spacer but most builders will port for cut domes so once you get them ported, chances are you will ditch the plate and get some domes.

  11. Im not asking about your problem it sounds like you got it sorted. Just a general timming question.. past 8*timming did it still gain torq?

  16. The people that were running the races at busco (d-lo atv) are moving to benson. They know what they are doing, great people, all about the racers. Cant wait to check it out.! Yellowbanshee were you at busco this past weekend??
  17. I picked up a set of pipes and one has a dent in it. Pretty good one too. The guy had been running them but i was going to try and fix it. I was told there is a trick, plug the end, pressurize it and heat up the dent and it should pop out. Anyone tried this? Got any other ideas? Figured i would just cut it and reweld a peice in but any non evasive procedures would be considered first. I also herd of filling it with water and freezing it. Never tried it though.
  18. stick with an oem cdi and stator but i run a nology coil and i think works great... dual petcock is, in your case worth having i would think. thats smerval im sure gets thirsty. i have a stock stroke/bore banshee and i dont use a dual petcock.
