    it should have come with needles to, does it not? You could try the 280's and see how the plugs look because it should be close. have you removed the lid on the airbox as well?

    i always apply some yamabond on the reed gaskets, its a very comon place for it to leak.

    replace the head gasket. lap the head while its off and dont forget to retorq the head after one warm up cycle.

    I would be interested in testing as well. I have had trouble with aftermarket stators and returned to oem every time. Hope these work well! Welcome to the hq

    is there anywhere safe to ride? just throwing this out there but maybe nov 10th weekend? its a little further away but i think more people will have time to plan for this if there is somewhere to ride that is.. not to mention it will be a little cooler out. im trying to make a trip up there from va..

    You can also put a boost port above the intake windows for upper bearing lube and heat transfer. Might even add hp?

    Need more info on what your tryin to do exactly. How are the races setup by you? Time classes or cc classes? How much are you looking to spend and what do you already have? Go to the races and watch and see what otger people are doing. Then come back with more soecific questions.

    I was able to bolt mine right to the swingarm i think they were skidplate bolt holes. You may need some fab work for that it it doesnt line up. I got a welder if you wanna come by sometime...
